Of the 770 people living in Tuttletown CDP in 2020, 51.3 percent (395) were women and 48.7 percent (375) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Gold Country Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 10. In the 65 and over age range, there were 94 females and 91 males.
