Of the 4,361 people living in Copperopolis CDP in 2019, 48 percent (2,094) were women and 52 percent (2,267) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Gold Country Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,245-to-1,228. In the 65 and over age range, there were 520 females and 558 males.
