Gold Country Today

Of the 1,141 people living in Mountain Ranch CDP in 2019, 45 percent (514) were women and 55 percent (627) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Gold Country Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 450-to-288. In the 65 and over age range, there were 200 females and 162 males.
