On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Sonora High School standout Savanah Egger’s current college team, the Fort Hays State Tigers, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southwest Baptist Bearcats.

The game took place at Fleharty Family Field. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. at Bison Softball Park against Oklahoma Baptist Bisons.
